Question: Why do you see it as so important to help people younger than you?

I think maybe this question was meant for Darren? But I think it is always important to help people when you can. I was a student not too long ago, so I know the struggle it can be sometimes, so having someone who has been through a similar situation and who is familiar with the work you are supposed to do it is a big help. And for me, it is very rewarding to help someone in this way!
