• Question: If the US military were building robots, would it be a disadvantage or advantage for them

      Hi!

      I think it’s a massive advantage – to the military (but probably not for humanity!). In terms of war strength, sending robots that don’t ‘die’ to war would stop the deaths of soldiers – however, it would probably increase the deaths of the other side. I don’t think it would be great for humanity to have just one country with robotic weapons – because they would dominate every other country – which is not good!
