• Question: Do you sometimes feel sad when you study diseases and heart attacks etc?

      That’s a very good question. Very occasionally I get a little sad about the diseases I study but mostly I am reminded of how important my work is. I also try to focus on the positive side. A lot of the diseases I study (such as heart attacks) can be prevented by having a healthy diet, exercising often and not smoking, for example. This means that there are things that we can do and control to help us stay healthy, and that’s a positive thing.
