• Question: What do you have on your Sunday roast?

      Lovely random question, but I think a little bit of randomness is cool.

      If it’s roast beef I would have horseradish sauce and Yorkie Ps. If it’s roast pork I would have apple sauce and some crunchy crackling. With chicken I would like some stuffing and maybe some bread sauce. As for lamb, I’d not be having that as I don’t like it. Whatever the roast I would love some roast potatoes and a couple of veg on the side. And I would ask for a sprinkling of malt vinegar on the vegetables if possible. But for me a really important element is to have NO GRAVY as I really dislike the stuff!
