• Question: i myself am very fond of photography and the beauty of the world, and i think that science would open up a new door for it and that seeing and capturing the moment of discovery would really go hand in hand. what do you think about this?

It’s great that you’re fond of photography. And there definitely is a place for it within science. Unfortunately when scientists are busy in the lab or doing something hands on, I think it can be quite awkward to get photos as well, as that distracts from what they’re doing. But they do say a picture is worth a thousand words, so photos can be extremely useful.
