Question: Did you ever consider being an artist because that was your favorite subject?

No I always thought studying scientific subjects and working in science was a more sensible option. Art/music/drama to my mind unless your outstanding and going to be world class can always be enjoyable relaxing hobbies throughout life. I still make cards and do artistic things in my spare time.
