I’m not sure exactly what you mean by ‘smokers disease’ but most diseases caused by smoking (lung cancer, heart disease and respiratory (breathing) conditions) happen later in life not to babies.
I know you didn’t ask me specifically, but I think I would add that while the diseases Ellie mentioned are more common in smokers, it doesn’t mean you can’t get them even if you don’t smoke and stay well away from anyone who does. So the child could get one of those diseases, but like Ellie said it’s unlikely to happen while they are a baby.
