      I think so! In fact, MarsOne (http://www.mars-one.com/) is a mission that is trying to achieve this in Mars!

      I think it is just a matter of time for this to happen. I think there’s a big desire to reach an achievement such as this, which will give a big drive to make it happen, But then I suspect there will be a very long time though between it happening, and it becoming even relatively routine.
